We receive data continuously and update our pricing engine a few times a month. In scenarios where prices are fluctuating quickly — such as after a major catastrophic event — we will update pricing more frequently, potentially down to the zip code level.

How does the itel Guarantee work?
Nearmap guarantees the price provided in itel Pricing solutions. Nearmap works with a variety of nationwide fulfillment providers to back the price. In most cases, the prices are guaranteed for 60 days from the date the price is delivered. You can find instructions for requesting fulfillment at the bottom of every itel Pricing report.
