Do I need a toolkit for mobile submission in the itel NOW app?
itel mobile toolkits are needed for roofing matching, siding matching, and flooring pricing tests. Many organizations provide kits to their field employees.
Do I need an account to send in a physical sample?
No. For a physical sample submission, you do not need a corporate account. Please follow the steps outlined under “Physical sample submission” on this page:
Why have I not received my itel report?
Common reasons include:
itel has not yet received your shipment with the corresponding material. Check your shipping status here:
The test request form has missing information.
The email used was a central corporate email and not your personal corporate email.
Submissions received outside of business hours or on major holidays will be completed the next business day.
For mobile submissions:
30 minute service hours are between business Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 7:30 PM (EST). Same-day service hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (EST).

Can I request the itel report to be sent to additional recipients?
Yes. For mobile submissions, add additional report recipients on the “Claim Info” screen. For physical sample submission, add contact information in the “Third Party” section of the Test Request Form.
How do I self-pay for a test?
A payment link will be generated and emailed from noreply@itelinc.com to the email address provided on the test request form within 24 hrs of receipt of the sample.
What are the requirements to joining the itel Wood Restoration Network?
To be a part of the itel Wood Restoration Network, we require:
At least five years of professional wood restoration experience.
Specialized expertise in furniture, cabinetry and/or architectural millwork repair and refinishing.
Proficiency with web technology or applications
Commercial liability insurance, auto liability insurance and workers’ compensation insurance (where required). The amount of insurance required depends on the size of the company and other factors, which we’ll discuss with you directly.
After the initial pre-qualification, additional information and documents will be required for complete a full application.
