SALT LAKE CITY — September 24, 2026 — Nearmap, the global property intelligence company, today announced the launch of The Reality Layer, a new podcast hosted by Nearmap Chief Product Officer David Tobias that explores how technology, data, and artificial intelligence are changing the way organizations understand and act on the physical world.
Launching today, The Reality Layer will bring together executives, practitioners, and technology leaders from across industries for candid conversations about the forces reshaping the built environment. Episodes will explore topics ranging from AI and property intelligence, to insurance underwriting and claims, catastrophe response, and the future of cities and communities.
As organizations navigate rising loss costs, increasingly complex property risk, and growing pressure to make faster, more informed decisions, access to better data and intelligence is becoming increasingly important.
