With a redesigned, intuitive interface, our new MapBrowser is perfect for viewing and inspecting a location, without needing to leave the office. It has also been optimized for use on desktop, tablet, or mobile devices. We’ve highlighted some of our favorite features below.
Panorama imagery allows you to see multiple angles of a location in an uninterrupted manner with continuous pan and zoom. More importantly, subscribers of Nearmap Panorama get full access to all covered areas, so there’s no need to worry about geo-fencing. Need to see a building from a different direction? Click the easy to use navigation compass to change cardinal direction.
Our new Oblique imagery means it’s now easy view buildings and features from multiple angles. Within these images, you’ll also be able to measure height with our easy to use tools.
We know many of our customers need to share a picture of their project site or location with others. The Save Image feature is easy to use and lets you save the image with or without measurements included. Simply add into your email or presentation to keep your team and clients up to date.
Features like SplitView makes comparing Vertical or Panorama imagery from a location over different time periods a breeze. Just click on the SplitView button, select the dates you want to compare and move the slider to see how an area has changed over time.
Our new MapBrowser is built on a brand new technology stack that is more flexible and allows us to develop new features faster. So, stay tuned for more features and tools in the future.
