Travel Terms and conditions
Travel Bookings
All bookings must be made through Nearmap’s third party travel vendor (the Usual Suspects Creative Pty Ltd ABN 18 610 167 112) for Nearmap to cover costs. Any self-bookings will not be reimbursed.
Travel
Nearmap will reimburse certain travel expenses for interstate guests attending the 2025 Exec Summit. Travel arrangements must be booked for interstate guests through Nearmap’s third party travel vendor, Usual Suspects, and includes round trip airfares from your nearest capital city to the Sydney Domestic Airport, 1 night’s accommodation at the Crown hotel on Tuesday 11th February and shuttle bus from the hotel to the venue. No flight or accommodation will be provided for those only attending the welcome dinner.
Changes to your travel arrangements
Attendees needing to change flights after the initial booking is made must contact the airline directly. Changes made subsequent to the initial booking will be at the attendees’ expense and will not be reimbursed by Nearmap.
Cancellation of your attendance
This is an exclusive, invite-only event. Should you no longer be able to attend after registering and need to cancel travel arrangements made for you, please let us know in writing at your earliest convenience.
Dietary requirements
Please let us know of any special dietary requirements at the time of registration, and we will ensure all providers are informed.
Privacy
By registering for this event, you acknowledge and agree to Nearmap:
sharing your personal information with Nearmap’s third party provider of travel services, Usual Suspects Creative Pty Ltd, for the sole purpose of facilitating your travel arrangements in relation to the event.
Please notify Nearmap promptly after registering for this event if you do not wish for Nearmap to share your personal information with Usual Suspects, or if you have any questions or concerns in relation to Nearmap’s use of your personal information.
