Use of the nearmap web site and PhotoMaps is governed by our licence terms. Please refer to the relevant licensing information below.

In addition, StreetMap information is provided by Nokia HERE and its use or access is subject to our Terms of Use.

Commercial Licence

Any business, commercial, non-government or not for profit user MUST purchase a licence to use our PhotoMaps. If you as such an entity do not hold a current licence, you do not have permission to use our PhotoMaps.

Government Licence

Any government entity (national, state or local) MUST purchase a licence to use our PhotoMaps. If you as a government entity do not hold a current licence, you do not have permission to use our PhotoMaps.
