I have not received any emails from nearmap.com.
Are you expecting an email from us? Perhaps it’s an account activation, password reset, or other notification email? There are several possible reasons you have not received the email.
- Perhaps the email is still in transit.
Depending on how busy your
ISP (Internet Service Provider) is and the email service you are using, it can
take a couple of hours for emails to arrive. This is more likely to happen at
typical peak during times when web traffic is at its highest.
- The email has been trapped by an aggressive spam filter.
Check your junk or spam folder to see if the email has ended up there. If not,
your ISP (Internet Service Provider) may have blocked delivery of the email to
your inbox. You can check with your ISP (Internet Service Provider) or try using a different email address instead. Login and change your account information.
- Your corporate firewall could be blocking the email.
If you have signed up using a corporate email address, it is possible your company has a corporate firewall with aggressive spam filters that are stopping our emails from getting through. Ask your IT administrator if emails from @nearmap.com addresses are triggering the spam filters.
- You could have typed the wrong email address.
It can happen to anyone,

Just Login to www.nearmap.com and go to your Account
