Share a map location
You can share the map you are viewing in the following ways:
Quick share with custom title

Right-click on the map location you want to share

Select Share to display a green (editable) marker and it’s
information bubble.
(Hint: you can click and drag
the green marker to reposition it)
- Provide a short title (e.g. Meet here for BBQ)

Next, click the text area "http://www.nearmap.com/?ll=..." to select the text

Copy the highlighted text to the system clipboard:
* Mac users – press ⌘+C
* PC/linux users – press Ctrl+C

Paste the copied text into your email, document, facebook wall, twitter
status, etc:
* Mac users – press ⌘+V
* PC/linux users – press Ctrl+V

Click on "X" to Close the information bubble OR Click
More to continue sharing in other ways
Use the permalink or URL

Click Share button at the top right hand side of the map page, to open the
Share panel
- Click the text area "http://www.nearmap.com/?ll=..." to select the text

Copy the highlighted text to the system clipboard:

* PC/linux users – press Ctrl+C

Paste the copied text into your email or document:
* Mac users – press ⌘+V
* PC/linux users – press Ctrl+V
Embed the map into your blog or website
- Click Share button at the top right hand side of the map page, to open the Share panel
- Select Embed
- Click the text area "http://www.nearmap.com/?ll=..." to select the text,
- Copy the highlighted text to the system clipboard:
* Mac users – press ⌘+C
* PC/linux users – press Ctrl+C
- Paste the copied text into the web page or blog you are editing:
* Mac users – press ⌘+V
* PC/linux users – press Ctrl+V
Share on Facebook
- Click Share button at the top right hand side of the map page, to open the Share panel
- Select Facebook
- Click on Facebook Share button to connect to Facebook
- Login to Facebook and follow the onscreen instructions
- Once you’ve confirmed your Share, you will return to the NearMap.com Share panel
- Click on "X" to close the panel
- Click Share button at the top right hand side of the map page, to open the Share panel
- Select Twitter
- Click on tweet this button to connect to Twitter
- Login to Twitter and follow the onscreen instructions
- Once the tweet is done, clicking the browser’s Back button returns you to the NearMap.com map
